Using Other Flower Essences to Relieve Stress

healing-flower-imageA lot of different flower essences can be extremely beneficial in any number of different ways. In particular, they can be used to relieve anxiety and stress. They can provide a great and healthy alternative to medications.

One reason they are beneficial is because flower essences do not pose any secondary effects. Nothing changes except the removal of stress and anxiety.

Naturally, they are completely natural as well, which is always a plus. Thus, they are not addictive in any way either, which is an enormous, not to mention healthy, benefit. Moreover, because flower essences do not contain any chemicals, they will not interfere with any other medications at all.

They will not act aggressively, thus they will do no damage to your body, even as you are recovering from stress and anxiety.

Some flower essences you should think about include mint essence, rose essence, and citric essences, just to name a few.

Acupuncture Side Effects: What Are They? Part 2

AcupunctureNow that we have talked about some of the dangers of Acupuncture, the next step is going to be warning you about some of the side effects that you might feel.  One of the first is going to be the insertation of the needle itself.  Some people report feeling a pinprick or even a sting and some people even claim to feel a dull ache around the needle’s side that could actually increase and last for many days after the Acupuncture session.  This is not usual, but it is something that could happen.

Another common side effect is going to be the feeling of deep relaxation and also disorientation.  Personally – I am not a fan of feeling like that, however – these symptoms should wear off in a day or two.  Some of the more serious side effects include dizziness, skin reactions, losing consciousness and sweating – these are only in the extreme cases most of the time.

Acupuncture is safe – these things just happen to some people and they are things that you do need to be aware of before you get the treatment.
