Your skin is something so beautiful and so precious – why wouldn’t you want to protect it? There are a ton of different products out there that actually boast that they are the best for your skin, but isn’t the natural way the best way? That is what we are going to talk about in the next couple blogs, how you – can eliminate some very common skin problems without using any chemicals at all.
First though, you need to understand the type of skin that you have. If you have oily skin or dry skin, you need to make sure that you use products and natural items that are going to help your particular skin type. For example, if you have oily skin, tomatoes are a fantastic agent for you to use to eliminate some of that oil.
Just cut a tomato in half and run it across your skin – let the juice soak into the skin and dry, should be able fifteen minutes and then use hot water first and then cold to get the tomato juice off. The juice will open up the pores and truly make your skin look great without the expensive and chemical skin care options some of the salons are pushing!

More than likely, you do not really think of facial massage when you think of getting any massage therapy done. However, your face has muscles as well — remember that old adage of how many facial muscles it takes to frown? So, like the rest of your body, it can truly benefit the muscles in your face. You can have tension there when you are feeling stressed.
You can feel fatigue, tension, and stress in your body, right? Those things can all be seen in your face. A facial massage will help to relieve that stress, relax your face — and you — and make you look and feel more refreshed.
But don’t worry if you do not have time to go out and actually get a massage. You can massage your face yourself. Doing it in the morning is the best time, not in the least because just the act of sleeping and waking up can make you look fatigued.
You can use oils, creams, lotions, or you can simply use your hands.

Dandruff is not only an uncomfortable problem, it is a potentially embarrassing one as well. No one wants to suddenly discover a bunch of flakes on your shoulders, after all.
Now, of course, there are a veritable ton of shampoos which claim to be able to help dandruff — and maybe they do help some folks. However, many of these shampoos use chemicals to take care of dandruff, and maybe chemicals are not the best thing to be scrubbing into your poor, dry, flaking scalp.
You should instead look for shampoos which contain melaleuca alternifolia plant oil — better known simply as tea tree oil. The Australian plant’s oil contains elements which make it both anti fungal and an antiseptic.
Of course, if you have tea tree oil, you can just mix it with a gentle shampoo. Ten drops of the oil to every eight ounces of shampoo should do the trick quite well. You can add the oil to your conditioner as well.
