Alright, now that we have talked about Echinacea a little bit, let’s talk about how you can get some into your system to prevent you from getting the flu. One of the first things that you need to realize is that Echinacea is actually a purple coneflower, as shown here. The flower head is something that is really used a lot to cure a lot of things but the root is also something that can help you out.
The root is actually what Echinacea capsules are made out of and these are available at any pharmacy, drug store or even health store that you may be going to. These are one great way that you can get some Echinacea into your system.
The next way is via Echinacea root tea – this is fantastic if you are already sick and are looking to speed up the recovery process.

Now that we have talked about dandruff and lemon juice, let’s go ahead and dive right into another technique and natural hair care remedy that I have used many, many times. Tea leaves are actually fantastic for your hair and after making your tea – if you boil the used tea bag in two to three cups of hot water, you will actually be able to create a regenerating rinsing solution for dull hair.
If you are looking for some silky strands, you can use henna extract, as it is by far the most efficient. Basically, you mix a henna paste with eggs and lemon juice and use it as a hair conditioner. I can promise it works!
Finally, if you have dry hair, two to three teaspoons of olive or coconut oil can be used in the mixture above, as that is something that can really liven up and repair your hair!
