Now that we have touched on garlic, the next thing that we are going to explore is vitamin c. To be quite frank, when people tell you to drink a lot of orange juice when you are sick, it is the truth! You want to make sure that you are getting a heck of a lot of vitamin c in order to fight off that cold.
The reason for this is because vitamin c actually rises up your immune system, which makes sure that your body can fight off the infection that it is feeling when you have a cold.
For me – Simply Orange is the best way to go, as it is by far the best tasting and it is that … simply orange!

I have to tell you guys something – I hate getting sick. I am the person that people with weak immune systems hate because I never get sick. I have not been sick for at least three years and I can tell you for sure that it is awesome. However … when I get sick, it takes me a really long time to recover.
That is exactly what happened to me two weeks ago. I got extremely, extremely sick and I was even out of work for three days! It was terrible! It was then that I realized that I needed to find us some good, natural treatments for the common cold. That is what the new four blogs are going to be able – curing the common cold naturally.
One of the first treatments is garlic! Garlic has been known for quite a long time for the home cure for the common cold and it is honestly awesome! The cold-fighting compound in garlic is allicin and it really does work! More in the next blog!
