
So with all of the talk lately about people’s cholesterol, I thought it might be a good idea to give all of my faithful readers a bit of information on how to lower their cholesterol naturally, without all of those harsh medications that doctors are constantly giving their patients. Now, I am not saying that if you have a serious cholesterol problem you should not see your doctor, but there are a few things that you can do by yourself first.
All right folks, you ready? It’s a new year after all and we should all be a little more health-conscious and this is just the first step! The very first thing you want to do is cut out a lot of the food that is high in cholesterol. This includes fatty red meats, goose/duck meat as well as most turkey and chicken and shellfish. Now, you are probably wondering what you are going to eat! Beans, lentils, veggies and fruits are all things that will help you in the long run.
While you may not want to live off of some of those foods, in order to at least lower your cholesterol for a long period of time, cutting back on the meats is a great idea. More on this topic in the next post folks stay tuned!
