Orange_Slice_Splashing_Into_WaterNow that we have touched on garlic, the next thing that we are going to explore is vitamin c.  To be quite frank, when people tell you to drink a lot of orange juice when you are sick, it is the truth!  You want to make sure that you are getting a heck of a lot of vitamin c in order to fight off that cold.

The reason for this is because vitamin c actually rises up your immune system, which makes sure that your body can fight off the infection that it is feeling when you have a cold.

For me – Simply Orange is the best way to go, as it is by far the best tasting and it is that … simply orange!
