A lot of different flower essences can be extremely beneficial in any number of different ways. In particular, they can be used to relieve anxiety and stress. They can provide a great and healthy alternative to medications.
One reason they are beneficial is because flower essences do not pose any secondary effects. Nothing changes except the removal of stress and anxiety.
Naturally, they are completely natural as well, which is always a plus. Thus, they are not addictive in any way either, which is an enormous, not to mention healthy, benefit. Moreover, because flower essences do not contain any chemicals, they will not interfere with any other medications at all.
They will not act aggressively, thus they will do no damage to your body, even as you are recovering from stress and anxiety.
Some flower essences you should think about include mint essence, rose essence, and citric essences, just to name a few.
