Using The Alexander Technique To Improve Back Pain: 2

backpain1Now that we have talked a little bit about exactly what the Alexander technique really is, let’s go ahead and touch base on exactly what you are going to be doing.  Basically, when you are doing the Alexander technique, the exercises are going to be very relaxing, stress reducing and will help to straighten up your spine and help all of your muscles and articulations.

This is a technique that is usually introduced from early childhood, in order to help anyone really obtain the art of balance and movement coordination.  As people grow up though, they really fall into bad habits of slouching down or carrying too much weight on one side of them.

The Alexander technique is there to change all of that and really help you straighten up your posture and how to carry things on both sides, distributing the weight onto both shoulders.

Using The Alexander Technique To Improve Back Pain: 1

CBR002605Pain is something that can come in all different forms and can really hit you anywhere.  One of the worst pains in the world to deal with is back pain.  I know that when my back hurts, I really can not do anything else and I really don’t want to do anything else.  Well – did you know there are actually natural cures that can really help relieve some of that pain for you?

The Alexander Technique is one of the pain relievers that I have found that really – really works.  What most people don’t know is that the Alexander technique is actually super easy and anyone can really do it.  It is basically being aware of your posture and being self conscience about your own body.

The exercises themselves for this particular technique are pretty easy and that is what we are going to talk about in the next blog!
