Well, hops, catnip, skullcap and lady’s slipper are all natural herbs and when they are steeped into a tea, you will see a difference in your stress levels.  Some more stress relieving teas include orange leaves and even yerbabuena leaves.  All of these can be sweetened with some sugar and a little honey and you will see a huge different.

Finally, aroma therapy is a great way to relieve the stress that you are probably constantly feeling.  Just take an oily bath and relax and you will see a difference.
